During my time at Interpublic Group, I supported four Directors and Senior Directors in all aspects of the Global Diversity and Inclusion team. This included supporting the management of relationships with agencies within the company’s network of nearly 100 marketing and communications businesses as well as collaborating with agency creative teams to produce marketing and communications materials for Business Resource Group activities.

I also helped build systems and processes for tracking, analyzing, and reporting data for Board meetings and helped produced the annual IPG Inclusion awards, featuring guest talent.
